Q. What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your appointment we ask you to provide us with 24 hour notice. 50% of your total service will be billed if appointment is canceled without 24 hour notice. Payment in full will be billed for no show/no call. If you are on a Package Series please be aware of the agreement you signed and all cancellations without 24 hour notice will forfeit your session in that series. If you are sick or beginning to feel ill, please respect the care and health of your practitioner and other clients and call to reschedule. If you arrive to your appointment sick or showing any signs of infection your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be subject to cancelation fee. Please call ahead.
Q. Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?
Due to safety considerations, small business liability and the comfort of our guests we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. Under no circumstances may a child be left unattended in the hallway during your service. We welcome newborns in arms to postpartum sessions.
Q. Do you accept insurance, L&I or PIP?
We do not bill for any types of insurance.
Q. I need receipts for Massage Therapy insurance reimbursement, how can I receive these?
We are happy to provide you with a receipt. To avoid a $25 admin fee please request receipt at time of service. If additional information is needed for your claim please email us.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy on products purchased at Vashon Bodywork?
Vashon Bodywork offers exchanges for all unopened retail products within 15 days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds are not available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service or retail purchase please contact us immediately. Vashon Bodywork guarantees all Éminence Products sold through our professional location. Slight variations in color are normal for organic products due to crop rotations. If the smell, or texture doesn't seem right please notify us immediately so we may replace your product right away. Receipt of your transaction is required for all exchanges.
Q. Can I purchase Éminence Online instead of at Vashon Bodywork?
Vashon Bodywork is an authorized partner of Éminence Organics. Many unauthorized resellers (including many online third party marketplaces), may sell outdated and/or imitation products, and should be avoided. To avoid this, please purchase from authorized partners only. You may shop online directly through us HERE or visit us during our walk-in retail hours every Monday & Wednesday from 10am-1:30pm where you can touch, feel, smell and receive professional guidance to make a purchase that will give you results.

Q. What is your return policy on gift certificates purchased at Vashon Bodywork?
All gift certificates are non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please make sure to have your physical gift card or voucher number present in order to redeem.
