To prevent damage to your natural lashes and to extend the results of your treatment the following is advised.

  • Do not get lashes wet for first 48 hours.

  • Avoid steam, saunas and swimming for the first 48 hours.

  • Avoid touching rubbing or introducing foreign bodies or contaminants into the eye area. Do not tug or pull at lashes

  • Gently brush lashes daily

  • Cleanse the lashes 2-3 times per week with cleanser and pat dry

  • Avoid oil based cleansers/products/makeup.

  • Avoid mascara. If you must, then do not use waterproof mascara. We recommend only applying mascara on the ends or to fill in sparse areas - never the roots!

  • Use oil-free make up remover if mascara is worn.

  • If you would like to have your lashes removed, please see us to professionally remove them!

  • Pre-book your fill appointment for every 2 – 3 weeks to keep your lashes looking their best and to prevent damage to your natural lashes (The average lash cycle is 90 days, so lashes will naturally fall out during this time.)
